Lufthansa City Center International (LCCI), the international LCC headquarters representing 300 Lufthansa City Center travel agency franchisees across 109 countries, announces a key change within its global account management team. Effective December 1, 2025, Alexander Trenks will assume the role of Franchise Account Manager Asia Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, succeeding Andrej Skraba, who has held the position since 2001 and will retire at the end of April 2026. Bringing extensive experience from senior roles at both tour operators and hotel groups,Alexander Trenks will be responsible for further developing LCCI’s global network of corporate- and leisure-focused travel experts. His role includes supporting LCCI’s ambitious international expansion strategy and strengthening the brand’s footprint across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Key strategic priorities for his role include enhanced performance management, the continued expansion and the cultivation of LCCI’s hallmark relationship-driven culture, maintaining flat hierarchies and close, collaborative engagement with franchise partners remains a core value of LCCI—one that Trenks will continue to foster and advance.

A trained hotel manager, Alexander Trenks began his career with Accor as a Front Office Agent. In 2016, he joined alltours in the back-office department, since 2018 he managed service changes for the Byebye brand’s package holidays. In 2019, he advanced to the flight procurement department at alltours flugreisen GmbH as Group Lead for dynamic reservations. Since 2021, he has served as Head of Flight at Coral Travel/FERIEN Touristik, overseeing a team of 20 employees and managing strategic flight procurement and allotment for charter flights, scheduled services and dynamic packaging across the DACH region.
Alexander Trenks, 36, is based in Düsseldorf, is a father of one child and is passionate about kite surfing.
