Frankfurt, 15 July 2026 — Lufthansa City Center International (LCCI), the international headquarters for around 320 Lufthansa City Center travel agency franchisees in 109 countries, is expanding its Franchise Account Management team from three to four members. Effective June 1, 2026, Sarah Proost has been appointed Franchise Account Manager for the Middle East and Eastern Europe regions. She thus consults 96 LCC member offices in altogether 32 countries.

In her new role, Sarah Proost will support and further develop the global Lufthansa City Center network of corporate and leisure travel experts across her designated regions. Her appointment reflects LCCI’s continued commitment to providing close, market-specific support to its international franchise partners and strengthening the network’s growth potential in key regions.

From 2016 to 2018, she worked as Area Sales and Recruitment Manager for Greyhound Australia and Wicked Travel. She then held several roles at Tourlane between 2019 and 2026, starting as a Travel Specialist before moving into positions including Destination Specialist Iceland and Travel Product Manager for the GCC, Indian Ocean, and West Asia. Prior to her professional career, she studied biochemistry at the Technical University of Dortmund.

“We are delighted to welcome Sarah Proost as the fourth member of our Franchise Account Management team,” says Heiko Brix, Managing Director of LCCI. “With her strong travel industry background, destination expertise, and international market knowledge, she is ideally placed to support our franchise partners in the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
