Rediscover the Maldives

Our colleague Nina working for LCC Crown Tours Maldives moved to the Maldives 7 years ago. Today she tells us about her little place of paradise:
“Ever since I arrived in Maldives, this paradise immediately made me consider this place as my second home. No wonder Maldives as a destination is one of the highest repeater guest rates across the globe. Hospitality is indeed their number one priority and keeping the Maldivian tradi-tional culture with a fusion of modern twist is indeed an expertise in this place.

I highly recommend to book a local island excursion and taste their Maldivian breakfast, Mas Huni (a tuna mixed with grated coconut, onion, chilli and lime) and Kulhimas (a spicy fish in curry sauce) with Roshi (flat bread); not to mention having a fresh Kurumba (coconut water) taken straight from the coconut tree. With an uninterrupted view of the ocean and fresh ocean breeze, what else can you ask for?

This picture was taken during our resort site inspections at Niyama Private Islands Maldives. It is one of the most prestigious 5-star luxury resorts that I have experienced. It has 10 outstanding dining experiences that will take you to an exquisite culinary adventure every day. The villas are spacious and a perfect location for watersports adventure lovers having its own surfing sports (where my picture is taken), dive spots, and house reef. It is also the home of the underwater res-taurant/bar called SUBSIX as it is submerged six meters below waterline.

Niyama is indeed perfect for everyone as it offers luxurious, twin islands of their choice CHILL and PLAY inter-connected by a bridge. Families, honeymooners or even groups of friends will never have a dull moment staying at this what we call heaven on earth.

I hope my experience will encourage everyone to come and visit The Maldives as we have opened our borders for all tourists since July 15, 2020. “
